Reservations can only be made by an adult and at least one of the occupants of the room should have more than 18 years old. The hotel reserves the right to request proof of identity.
Regarding the terms of bookings, a deposit check or credit card number is required as warranty. In the event of cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel does not charge. Within 4 to 7 days, the hotel will charge 50% of the full amount and in case of no show or late cancellation 100% of the amount. For bookings over 8 nights, thank you to contact the hotel for validation.
We accept payment in cash, bank transfer, Master Card and Visa and holiday vouchers. We do not accept checks.

The Golden Lion is a friendly, family-run establishment. We pay great vigilance in respect of community life rules to preserve the peace and tranquility of each. Accept the stay is also accept the specific conditions and rules of our hotel. The hotel reserves the right to deny access to anyone obviously too alcoholic or whose behavior may present a gene for guests already present.
Rooms are available from 17 pm and must imperatively be released before 11 am. (Warning, if you leave after this time, 50% of the price of the last night will be charged).
Our rooms are available to our customers verified, functional and in good condition. You are encouraged to report immediately to the hotel reception any failure.

We ask all our customers to behave so that they do not disturb other guests or our neighbors. We ask you to avoid lengthy discussions in the coridors and on the street behind the hotel.
We invite you not to smoke in the rooms for your well being, for the staff and for the future customers. Failure to comply with the smoking ban will result in a rate increase of € 30
For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to consume food or alcohol in the room. Any breach of this rule will be billed a flat rate of € 60 for the bactericidal disinfection of the room
For the same reasons, pets are allowed in the hotel only after agreement of management and with extra charge. Only guide dogs are allowed for free in the hotel

Assuming we could not rebook your room (cigarette odors, damage, etc.), we would be obliged to charge you for the following night.
For security reasons, any customer who will not respect the number of persons per room type will be excluded and will be denied access.
In case of noise directly detected by the hotel staff or brought to its attention through other clients, management reserves the right to exclude you at any time and collect on credit card a lump sum of € 250 under the commercial damage suffered.
In case of damage inside or outside, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for repair or replacement cost. It is the same for any infringement after the departure of the client, the amount of compensation will be charged to the credit card.

Any unnecessary sounding of the fire alarm will be charged € 150 for the service costs of the fire safety system.

Pursuant to Article 2102 of the Civil Code, the customer can not oppose the retention of luggage if he refuses to pay.
